We saw maybe 40-45 properties over that crunched (but necessary) window, including homes on our “list” and ones we would’ve never considered organically but that nonetheless contoured our understanding of the market and what we could get value wise throughout different areas of the metro. That devotion to immersing us in an accurate perspective in such a short window helped us find a home in a month’s time versus endlessly window shopping online as renters for what would’ve likely been a year flushing money away on rent. Blane is knowledgeable of the market as a realtor, plus has the unique value-add of a developer’s perspective/eye, which in the Denver market can be the difference between getting into a home period versus getting into one at a value that makes sense for the long term. Lastly, Blane is simply a decent human—sounds basic, but it’s a rare find in business these days.
Blane and Gayane were awesome to work with! They spent a lot of time and focus to help me find and buy a house in a crazy Denver market, and were patient with me as well. I can be picky. Blane is very knowledgeable and is great at finding diamonds in the rough. He knows the Denver area very well and helps look at things from an investment perspective, which is great when buying at current prices. I highly recommend them.

He and his team worked easily around our challenges of selling a home while we were transitioning to a new state. Their responsiveness and willingness to help with items to complete the sale were very much appreciated! This is our 3rd time using Blane for a real estate transaction, and we will never use another realtor! Blane is responsive and extremely knowledgeable about all areas in Denver and beyond. Blane is very knowledgeable on the older homes I was interested in and was able to share thoughts on what type of remodel or additions could be done. He was also tuned into all the new builds around the Denver metro regarding quality and how to spot cut corners from builders. We ended up closing on a home that we went to see on a Monday morning that was super short notice, he made the time for it. He helped with the negotiations to get some credits due to issues that needed to be fixed as well which was awesome.
